Introduction

By accessing or using LART ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About the Service

LART is an AI-powered art generation platform that allows users to upload personal photographs and receive a stylized AI-generated artwork. The Service is currently in an early testing phase. No purchases or payments are processed at this time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we believe to be under 18.

User Responsibilities & Content Policy

Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are solely and exclusively responsible for any photo you upload to the Service. LART does not pre-screen, moderate, or review uploaded photos before or after processing. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photo or have full legal right to upload and process it
• The photo does not depict any person under the age of 18, including but not limited to children in swimwear, underwear, or any state of undress — regardless of context
• The photo does not contain nudity, explicit or sexually suggestive content
• The photo does not contain graphic violence, hate symbols, or illegal content
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable adult individuals depicted in the photo (other than yourself)
• Uploading the photo does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or portrait rights

No Liability for User-Uploaded Content

LART is a technical platform and automated service. We do not review, curate, or control what users upload. We are not responsible for the nature, content, or legality of photos uploaded by users. Any liability arising from the content of a user-uploaded photo rests solely with the user who uploaded it.

This includes, without limitation:

• Photos depicting minors in any context
• Photos containing nudity or adult content
• Photos of identifiable third parties uploaded without their consent
• Photos that infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of any person under 18 years of age
• Upload sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Upload photos that constitute harassment, abuse, or non-consensual imagery
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our AI system
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable US law or regulation

Photo Processing & Third Parties

Your uploaded photo is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for AI image generation. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this transmission. LART does not store your photos. Processing is subject to Google's Gemini API Terms of Service.

AI-Generated Content

Results may vary. LART does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, uniqueness, or fitness for any purpose of any generated artwork. See our full AI Content Disclaimer for details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. LART does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including damages arising from user-uploaded content, AI-generated results, or third-party processing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LART and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, the content of photos you upload, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
