Shipping Policy

Overview

LART ships printed products within the United States only. All prints are produced on demand and shipped directly from our print partner's facility.

Production Time

All printed products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping within the US takes 5–10 business days.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 7–14 business days.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via standard US carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Carrier selection is made by our print partner.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

Package not delivered after 30 days of shipping confirmation

Contact hello@lart.live — we will investigate and arrange reshipment if the package is confirmed lost.

Package marked delivered but not received

Contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged on arrival

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free reprint and reshipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact hello@lart.live immediately if you notice an error — we can update the address only if production has not yet begun.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
