Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

All LART products are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Our refund policy differs by product type.

Digital Downloads (Instant Masterpiece)

All digital sales are final. No refunds are issued once the file has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the free preview and are satisfied with the result.

Exceptions — we will issue a refund if:

• The file was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• The delivered file is corrupted or unusable
• You were charged but no artwork was generated

To report an issue, contact hello@lart.live within 7 days of purchase.

Printed Products (Fine Art Print / Canvas)

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. After 1 hour, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

We do NOT offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after the order is placed
• Dissatisfaction with the artistic style (you previewed the result before ordering)
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Delivery delays within the stated timeframe

We DO offer a free reprint or refund for:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Print quality is significantly different from the preview shown
• Wrong item was sent
• Item lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days of shipping confirmation)

In all valid cases, we will reprint and reship at no cost. Refunds are issued only when a reprint is not a viable solution.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it with full documentation of your order, preview shown, and delivery confirmation.
